Planning your event
Where do you serve?
We’re based in Charles Town, West Virginia, and serve Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. Share your venue or expected city so we can review service arrangements.
Can I provide my own alcohol?
Yes. Our bartender-only and bar-and-bartender options allow the customer to provide alcohol. We’ll confirm the rest of the supplies and responsibilities in your quote.
Can you help me choose drinks?
Yes. Share your preferences or choose “Help me plan” in Plan Your Pour. You don’t need to select products or calculate quantities to request a quote.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
You can request crafted zero-proof cocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages, including water, soda, juice, and packaged alternatives. We’ll confirm your selections and pricing.
What about permits and venue approvals?
Share your venue’s requirements during planning. We’ll confirm relevant responsibilities and the alcohol service arrangements before booking.
How do I get started?

Booking & pricing
Does requesting a quote reserve my date?
No. We review availability and prepare your custom quote. After approval, a 50% deposit reserves the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
How far ahead should I book?
Please plan at least two weeks in advance. Contact us early for your preferred date.
Is there a service minimum?
Yes. There is a four-hour service minimum. Staffing, setup, and any additional requirements are confirmed in your quote.
Is the planning estimate my final price?
No. It is a planning guide. Your final quote confirms services, staffing, beverages, supplies, and charges after our review.
How does the bartender gratuity guarantee work?
Bartending Service Only includes a $250 minimum gratuity guarantee per bartender. Guest tips offset that amount. If tips fall short, the customer pays the difference.
