Planning inquiries and estimates

Submitting a plan or requesting a quote does not reserve your date. Estimates and beverage quantities are for planning purposes and remain subject to staff review, availability, and confirmation in your final quote.

Booking and payment

New reservations require at least two weeks of advance notice. After quote approval, a 50% deposit reserves the date; the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. No payments are collected in this planner. The final quote and agreed service documents confirm the package, responsibilities, fees, and any event-specific terms.

Bartender gratuity guarantee

Bartending Service Only includes a minimum gratuity guarantee of $250.00 per bartender. Guest tips count toward this amount; the customer is responsible only for any shortfall. The applicable acknowledgment is required in the planner.

Provide accurate contact and event details. Contact Sip Happens at 703-209-6090 to discuss changes, cancellations, or your final service terms. Include your SIP reference when available.
