Plan Your Pour collects the contact details, event information, beverage preferences, and questions you choose to submit. Feedback reports include your message, page path, planning step, and any optional contact details. Reports are stored for staff review and may generate a team email notification. WhatsApp opens a separate conversation governed by WhatsApp’s privacy practices. Sip Happens uses these details to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and coordinate your requested services.

Saved drafts and service providers

Sip Happens saves draft details in your browser so you can return to your plan. Submitted inquiries are stored for staff review and processed through the hosting and email services used to operate Plan Your Pour. The Sip Concierge can send a question and the contact information you provide to the Sip Happens team when you confirm that request.
